Sammi joined The BFG in 2016 while attending The Ohio State University and has a degree in financial planning. She is married to her husband Luke and they have two children named Lincoln and Lucy. They now live in Southern California after following her parents and siblings west in 2017 from Ohio.
In 2020, Sammi completed the coursework to obtain her CTEC Tax Preparer certification. She is responsible for all things tax at The BFG and loves math so you don't have to. Upon graduating from OSU Sammi began her career at The BFG helping to prepare paperwork and eventually went on to become the Operations Manager until she took on the resposibility for tax preparation at the firm.
In her free time Sammi is chasing around her son Lincoln and her daughter Lucy. She loves movies and is an avid reader. The Mokma's also have a dog named Penelope that addsto the energy in their house. In the years ahead Sammi is planning to earn the Enrolled Agent designation to broaden her skills in tax preparation.
